aureum.is provides a technology platform offering access to staking protocols for USDT and USDC stablecoins, deposits and withdrawals denominated in USDT and USDC, and a technical interface to licensed partner services for KYC/KYB onboarding and transaction monitoring.

Aureum does not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or financial recommendations. Use of the platform does not create a client-advisor relationship.

By accessing aureum.is, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, are not located in a jurisdiction where use of the platform is prohibited, have completed the mandatory KYC/KYB process, and are acting on your own behalf.

Access is not available to US Persons as defined under applicable US securities law unless expressly permitted under a separate agreement.

All users must complete identity verification before accessing financial features. This process is carried out by AMLBot, a third-party compliance provider.

Aureum may restrict or terminate access for any user who fails compliance requirements or is identified as posing an unacceptable risk under applicable AML standards.

Nothing on aureum.is constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice. Staking involves risks including smart contract vulnerabilities, stablecoin de-pegging or issuer insolvency, regulatory changes, and technical failures of third-party services.

Users participate at their own risk. Aureum disclaims liability for losses arising from use of the platform or underlying protocols to the maximum extent permitted by law.

All content, trademarks, and technology on aureum.is are the property of Aureum LLC or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aureum LLC, its members, officers, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, aureum.is.

Aureum's total aggregate liability for any claim relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by that user to Aureum in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Aureum may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any dispute not resolved amicably within 30 days shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in Cheyenne, Wyoming.

Users in the European Union retain any mandatory consumer rights afforded by their local jurisdiction and may seek relief from competent EU authorities.
